Questions

Things people ask

What is Neonjelly?
A way to look up Shopify shops. Type a brand, get traffic and apps, or pull a list with emails. Ads and daily sales numbers are on paid plans.
Is this a Shopify spy tool?
You can look up a competitor: traffic, a revenue estimate, apps, and price changes. We do not have a Chrome extension. Ads and daily sales are paid.
Can you see which apps a shop uses?
Yes. Apps show on the shop card, things like Klaviyo, Gorgias, or Shop. We do not guess the theme name.
How do I track a shop?
Ask what changed: prices, new products, traffic. That works for any shop we have. Ads and daily sales are paid, and only for shops you are watching.
Can I tell if a product idea is crowded?
Ask if yoga mats are crowded. You get how many shops sell it, whether it looks packed, and who already sells it.
I just need a list of shops and emails. Do I need to code?
No. Look up a shop here, then ask Cursor or Claude for 20 US skincare shops with emails.
Can I filter by country?
Yes. Country is just a filter. You can pull a US list from anywhere. We have pages for the US, UK, Germany, Japan, India, and 13 more.
How do I start?
Look up a shop on this page. That starts a 14-day trial, 100 lookups a day, no account. Then open Cursor or Claude and keep asking in chat.
Do I need an account?
No. One trial per device. If you pay, you check out with Stripe and get a page with your key.
What does it cost?
The trial is free for 14 days (100 lookups a day). Explorer is $29, Operator $79, Scale $199 a month. Code LAUNCH is 50% off the first 3 months, until 31 Oct 2026.
How do I see what I have left?
After you connect, ask “what’s my plan and how many lookups are left?” That question does not use up a lookup.
